ABOUT THE PROFESSOR: Kimberlee Kearfott is a Professor of Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences and a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan College of Engineering. Her research interests include radiation detection, internal radiation dose assessment, radiation dosimetry, radiation safety practice and regulation, radon gas, low level and high level radioactive waste, explosives detection, medical and radiological imaging.
